4. Shipping Charges

 We offer free shipping on all orders PAN India.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package is undelivered after several attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are to be borne by the customer.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, shipping charges will not be refunded.
