Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. We deliver to the US, UK, Europe, and most countries globally. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.
How long does delivery take within India?
Orders within India are delivered in 7–10 business days. We offer free delivery pan India on all orders.
How long does international delivery take?
International orders are delivered in 10–15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping charges vary by destination and order size. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will resolve it promptly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged. WhatsApp or email us with photos within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Products & Craftsmanship
Is the bone inlay made from real bone?
Yes — our bone inlay pieces are made from genuine camel bone, which is a traditional material used by Rajasthani artisans for centuries. The bone is ethically sourced, cleaned, bleached, and hand-cut into intricate shapes before being inlaid into the wood surface.
Are there variations between pieces?
Yes — because every piece is handcrafted individually, there may be minor variations in pattern, tone, and finish. This is a natural characteristic of handmade artisan work and makes each piece unique.
Can I see more photos or a video of a product before buying?
Absolutely. We are happy to share additional photos and videos of any product on WhatsApp before you place your order. Just message us with the product you are interested in and we will send you everything you need.
Can I visit your store to see the products in person?
Yes — you are welcome to visit us at our store in Sunder Nagar Market, New Delhi. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. No appointment needed.
Custom Orders
Can I order a piece in a custom size or colour?
Yes — we welcome custom orders for our bone inlay furniture and decor. You can specify your own dimensions, colours, and patterns. There is no minimum order quantity — even a single custom piece is welcome. Lead time for custom orders is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
How do I place a custom order?
Simply WhatsApp, call, or email us with your requirements — dimensions, colour preferences, and any reference images. We will send you a quotation within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — we welcome wholesale and bulk enquiries from interior designers, hotels, boutiques, and retailers. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we will provide special pricing.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my bone inlay furniture?
Bone inlay furniture is easy to maintain with a few simple precautions:

Cleaning — wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid wet cloths, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials which can damage the surface.

Sunlight — keep away from direct sunlight, which can cause the bone to yellow and the colours to fade over time.

Water — keep away from water and moisture. Prolonged exposure can cause the inlay to lift or warp.

Heat — avoid placing hot items directly on the surface. Use coasters or mats.
With basic care, your bone inlay piece will remain beautiful for decades.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. International cards are accepted. For custom orders, advance payment is required to confirm the order.
